Most of us enjoy a whiff of a delicious perfume, either on ourselves or on somebody else. Instead of buying just any perfume for an anniversary, why not get one that directly has something to do with the theme of the celebrated anniversary? There are infinite amounts of options out there, so you do have to know about your partner’s preferences. If a woman like musky notes, don’t bring home a fruity perfume! To play it safe, I would recommend that you buy the smallest size possible, so it’s not that much of a loss if he or she doesn’t like it (and people sometimes have adverse reactions to certain scents). Plus that way, he or she will have used it up by the next anniversary and you can go out and buy more!
Anniversary 1 is Paper: We start out pretty lame, since I could not find any perfume that contained the word “paper” in it. But, there are cards with perfumed inserts, which might be most appropriate for women.
Anniversary 2 is Cotton and we have a few more options here. Cotton is associated with the scent of freshly washed linen, so most of the perfumes have a lighter note. For a woman get Cotton Splash Perfume by Marc Jacobs, White Linen Breeze by Estee Lauder or Crisp Cotton Perfume Oil sold in The Body Shop. For men there are not that many options; you could go with Cotton Candy Perfume by Demeter for men and women, or Lucky You by Liz Claiborne, since one of its ingredients is Cotton flower.
Anniversary 3 is Leather. A scent mostly associated with men (because of the whole cowboy thing, I guess), you have a lot of option for the guys: Containing the word leather in it’s name are a series of English Leather by Dana, English Leather Wind Drift, English Leather Timberline and English Leather Musk.
The following fragrances for men carry a note of leather: John Varvatos, Polo by Ralph Lauren, Carlos Santana, Chaps by Ralph Lauren, Dunhill Fresh by Alfred Dunhill, Gentleman by Givenchy, Gucci Pour Homme by Gucci, Nicole Miller for Men, Safari by Ralph Lauren and many, many more. You can always ask for more fragrances with a leather note at the perfume store, should none of these appeal to you.
For women it’s the same thing: there are only few perfumes that have the word itself in the name. The only ones I found are Leather for Women by Demeter and Aigner in Leather by Etienne Aigner. But when it comes to perfumes with a note of leather, you have more options: Cabochard by Parfums Gres, Fendi, Habanita by Molinard, Image by Nino Cerruti, No. 19 by Chanel, Caleche by Hermes and more.
For anniversary 4, Fruit or Flowers you will have so many options that I can’t possibly name all of them. Most of the perfumes have both flower and fruit notes, so if you want to go with one of the two only, you’ll have to speak with a knowledgeable salesperson in the perfume store.
Only a few options for her are Fruit de Bois by Jean Charles Brosseau, Jessica McClintock for women, Fruity Rythm by Adidas, Pacific Paradise and Island Kiss by Escada, Faconnable Femme by Faconnable, Guess for Women, Head Over Heals by Revlon, Incanto and Incanto Charm by Salvatore Ferragamo, Flower for Women by Kenzo, Spring Flower and Fantasia de Fleurs by Creed, Fleur de Diva by Ungaro, Fleur de Fleurs by Nina Ricci … let me just catch my breath! The list goes on and on, so you will have many options here. Make sure with your darling which fruit or flower she likes, else she just might get a headache!
Since men’s fragrances tend to be less fruity and sweet, you would think that you would have fewer options, compared to women’s fragrances, but don’t forget that almost all perfumes have a flower or a fruit thrown in somewhere. Some ideas for him are: Baldessarini by Hugo Boss, Black Code by Giorgio Armani, Neroli Sauvage by Creed, Curve by Liz Claiborne, Sport by Royal Copenhagen and Very Sexy for Men by Victoria’s Secret.
Now to the last theme of the first five anniversaries. Year 5 is Wood, so if you include fragrance notes like sandalwood, you are going to have a lot of options again. For women, get Glamourous by Ralph Lauren, Eau de Dior Relaxing by Christian Dior, Shi by Alfred Sung, Versace Woman by Versace, Sensi by Giorgio Armani, Black Cashmere by DKNY or Blush for Women by Marc Jacobs. Honestly, there are so many I could fill up a whole page, but these will give you an idea.
And finally, for men you have Black XS by Paco Rabanne, BLV Notte by Bulgari, Brit for Men by Burberry, Cacharel for Men by Cacharel, Dune by Christian Dior, Gravity by Coty and Gucci Pour Homme, just to name a few.

Just Being A Woman
Being a woman takes hard work,
Most men just don’t comprehend.
Just how hard it is to look so good,
On nature I can’t depend.
Long hot shower, defoliate
Shave my legs, other places too.
Eyebrows shaped, false lashes now,
Have to be stuck with glue.
Make up applied, Oh how I’ve tried,
To achieve that centre-fold face.
Underwear slipped on, the silky kind,
Feels gorgeous, all trimmed with lace.
Low cut blouse, turns people on,
Teamed with a short black skirt.
Fish net tights, five-inch stilettos,
Even if my feet hurt.
A quick totter around, perfect the walk,
Around the patio I do roam.
But quickly now, I must get changed,
Before my wife comes home!
I Remember Eighteen
I remember Eighteen, a callow and spotty youth,
Aftershave and gelled up hair, I thought I was so smooth.
I was Mister Cool, women just had no chance.
I could do just anything, unless they wanted to dance.
I remember Eighteen, my parents were so dull,
Life at home drove me mad, bored right out my skull.
No mortgage or savings held me back, they were only for ‘oldies’ you see.
Earn it, spend it, sponge off Mum, life was easy and free.
I remember Eighteen, I just knew it all.
I could only speak in grunts, but had an ego ten foot tall.
Parents just didn’t know, why I would rant and rage.
How could they understand, they never were my age.
I remember Eighteen, my hormones running wild.
When I knew, just every woman, wanted to have my child.
When I went on the ‘pull’, cologne could cut the air.
Most sex I had, was in my dreams, at real women we’d just stare.
I remember Eighteen, to be a rebel I would vow,
Never to be establishment, like my parents now.
I wouldn’t be like the rest of them, I never would get old.
No mortgages and bills for me, no arthritis when I’m cold.
I remember Eighteen, with my life’s planned special route.
So how come, I’m suddenly fifty, with a mortgage and a suit

Attitudes that had seemed strange a while ago turned out to be very popular in today’s world. Take for instance the new trend of shaving pubic hair. Not many people know that this trend was introduced by the Japanese porn industry. Since the law said that the display of pubic hair in a magazine or movie was illegal, models were shown with shaved pubic areas. From Japan, the trend spread to American and European women and, more recently, to men.
The debate around which method for shaving is the best is still far from over. Some say that razors are the best way to go and they are right to a certain extent. The razor lets the user have full control over how much hair goes and which parts are left untouched. At first you should trim the genital area before applying the razor. I would let the pubic area get warm water for a bit before shaving, so do it towards the end of your shower. You should use a cool cloth on the area and use lotion on that area (it could be baby lotion). If you try shaving your pubic area with the same device you use for shaving your face, under arms or legs, it’s most likely that you’re going to irritate the pubic area skin. So you should buy a new razor if you use disposables.
You can either go with an old-fashioned razor blade, a modern safety razor, an electric razor or epilators. As you can see, there are lots of products to choose from so go with the one that you’re comfortable with. Electric shavers are very easy to use, but hair will start growing back faster. Rotary epilators are even better at removing hair. The rotary epilator is a device similar to an electric razor, but or else of a cutting blade on a rotary head, it has rows of tweezers to pull hairs out by their roots. The rotary epilators are not acceptable for some people because it can cause a lot of pain.
Wax is also a good idea, but some people are not eager to use hot wax on their very sensitive parts. It’s a matter of personal taste. If you don’t like the idea of hot wax, you could use depilatory substances. The basic principle is to dissolve hair using a mixture of chemicals, which is very easy to handle. On the other hand, depilatory creams and powders may irritate your skin if you are allergic to some substances contained in depilatory creams.
If you’re interested in getting rid of some hair, but you’re still not convinced that it’s a good idea, then you might wish to try trimming first. The bush will look much better and at the same time you don’t have to get the razor close to the skin. You should use some aftershave at the end to prevent the post shave itching and the zits that might rear their ugly heads. You should also let your pubic hair to grow which will allow your skin to regenerate, before attempting shaving again.

If you have acne, you may have searched without much success for quite awhile to find the proper treatment geared to your particular condition and skin type. It doesn’t help that there are so many different acne solutions available on the market. In fact, if you’re not careful, you could waste a lot of money before you find one that works for your particular situation.
However, did you know that some things you do in your normal, everyday life could actually help treat your acne condition? In fact, you could treat and prevent with just a few simple steps, which simply means changing how you perform a few different things. For example, you might notice a big difference just by changing the type of cleansers you use.
If you use a harsh soap or other type of harsh cleanser to clean your face, it might surprise you know that this can actually make your acne worse. In fact, most dermatologists recommend the use of a mild and gentle cleanser. He or she can tell you which cleanser to use so that it fits your skin type and cleansing needs. In general, you should wash your skin with a gentle acne cleanser twice a day, in the morning and at night. Also wash after exercising since this activity can bring oils to the surface.
In addition, you should keep from picking, touching, or rubbing your acne. Even though it’s an old wives tale that you should pop pimples, in fact you should avoid doing this, because it can cause permanent scarring. This in turn can be an unpleasantly permanent reminder of your acne troubles, and scars are usually forever.
Next, you should avoid the sun as much as you can. Most acne solutions can cause photo sensitivity, which means that you’ll be much more prone to getting sunburn. In addition, of course, the sun can help cause skin cancer and increase skin aging. Old school thoughts are that the sun would dry out your acne, but this is not true.
If you are a woman, you’ll want to take note of what type of makeup you use. Opt for makeup components and lotions that are water-based rather than oil-based, including blush, eye shadow, or foundation. You should also make sure that you thoroughly cleanse your face each night before you go to bed. If you leave makeup on your face at night, this can cause follicle clogging and inflammation, which can easily and frequently lead to an acne breakout.
Finding the right acne solution for your needs may mean that you need to make some changes in the way you do things day to day. This may mean watching the type of makeup you use for women. For men, it may even mean changing the way you shave your face by changing your brand of after shave or shaving lotion.
Overall, if you want to finally live acne free, you need to not only implement an acne solution that involves over the counter medication, which may be necessary for many people, but you also need to implement and maintain an effective prevention program as well.

Have you gone through a ton of supposed best skin creme for men and found out that none of them are really ‘the best’. Put off having used men skin care products that claims they can give you younger, healthier skin? Did you feel a product you bought was actually a woman’s repackaged product. Well, there is still hope and lots of it.
You can still get the best benefits from male skin products, provided you choose the right ones. Skin care companies may put out flashy ads, but it’s the stuff inside the box that counts. You need to check up the contents before you buy.
You can find many skin products for men out there in the market. Each of these products have a specific feature such as moisturizing, anti-aging, after-shave, eye gel, face mask and cleansers, scrubbers much more.
With such a range of products how do you choose the best skin creme for men, one which really keeps skin fresh and young looking?
The vital thing to do is read the product label and check up on the ingredients. Male skin products with certain ingredients should be avoided. Here are a couple of tips on how to do this:
Dioxane – This ingredient is derived from coconut, and although used in many anti-aging skin care products, it really does not show anti-aging abilities. Some studies show that it can even lead to cancer.
Parabens – Skin care products use parabens, as a preservative. While it definitely does do the job of preserving, it can cause allergies and interfere with the working of the body’s endocrine system. You can find this ingredient usually in moisturizing products in the form of propyl, butyl or ethyl paraben.
Alcohols – If any product label how alcohol in it, avoid it. This ingredient in the form of propyl, butyl or ethyl alcohol can really make skin dry. Dry skin can lead to skin inflammation and it gives skin a very unhealthy appearance.
Any male skin products you choose must stay clear of these ingredients. Only such products show genuine and healthy results.
You also need to choose products according to the skin condition that you have. The best skin creme for men work the best only when you use them according to the feature they provide for you. If you want to remove dry skin issues, your skin care product must be one that is especially formulated for taking care of dry skin. Do not use a product meant for normal skin on dry skin. Furthermore, dry skin care products have special formulation to treat such skin condition, so check them likewise.
Anti-aging male skin products are all the rage nowadays because everyone wants that fresh, young appeal in their appearance. So, when you want to retain skin youthfulness choose a product that combats the signs of aging. Do not use an anti-aging product for moisturizing effect.
In order to use the best and most effective male skin products, choose ones with active natural ingredients.
Such ingredients can be in the form of Jojoba Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Olive Oil, Japanese seaweed, and natural vitamin E. These ingredients must be used in large proportions to rejuvenate your skin.
The best skin creme for men will always emphasize natural ingredients, as they are the most therapeutic for the skin. So look for products that contain the powerful compounds we highlight above the next time you’re searching for a skin treatment protocol.

This is going to sound rather strange, but please bear with me. Have you ever been around someone that smelled odd? Perhaps the odor of cat boxes or body odor? Or, someone wearing a powerful perfume or after shave? Have you found yourself easing just out of “range” of the smell when you had to interact with that person? How far away did you have to get to lessen the smell? About two feet? More?
If that is the range of their “odor aura,” just imagine that as the range of their “aura of influence.”
Or, perhaps you’ve been around someone that you instantly didn’t trust. Did you “ease away” from them? About how far? Maybe two or three feet before you felt safe?
On, the other hand, did you ever notice how close you were to someone that you instantly liked and trusted? You might have moved even closer to share that aura.
We each have an “aura of influence” that we emminate. For good or bad, it is there. Some would call this the “spiritual body.” Others have no name for it, but are aware it is there. Whatever you wish to label it, it is there for each of us.
So, think about this, what is YOUR aura of influence like? Is it one that people would trust and want to be close to? Is it one of anger, dislike, hate, pain, or fear? Perhaps it is one of happiness and caring.
You have the power to create your aura of influence into whatever you would want it to be. Simply by “being” what you would like it to be. Let me explain.
Your emotional state fuels your aura of influence. If you are in a foul mood, it will affect your aura. If you are in a loving mood, it will affect your aura. Not only that, but your aura will affect people around you. Even if you don’t exert your own mood, have you found others being crabby when you’re in a bad mood, or, have you noticed others are really easy to get along with when you’re in a good mood?
Envision yourself in a loving, all-is-right-with-the-world mood. People want to be around you and that affects their moods. They pass that on to others they’re around all day. Those others pass it around to more people. Can you see how wide an influence you really have?
By the same token, envision yourself in the opposite mood. Your influence will still reach out in large circles, but for the worse rather than the better.
Quoting from Ralph Waldo Trine’s book, “In Touch with the Infinite” (copyright 1897), “You and I have the predominating characteristics of an optimist or the predominating characteristics of a pessimist. We then are making, hour by hour, our own heaven or our own hell; and in the degree that we are making the one or the other for ourselves are we helping make it for all the world beside.”
I’ll ask again–what is YOUR aura of influence like? Be an optimist by being a loving, grateful person and, as Mr. Trine says, help make the world a heaven right now.

Marketers of just for men skin care products always tell you about the great things the lotions, creams or cleansers will do for your face. Let me tell you about some of the bad things these “health and beauty aids” can do.
Even natural skin care for men can include ingredients that are not safe. For example, one of the “organic” sunscreens is oxybenzone. Over two years ago, researchers were able to prove that the compound causes changes in DNA, increased free radical production and can cause cancer.
But, that doesn’t mean that manufacturers stopped using it. No one went around and pulled all of the women’s or men skin care products that contain it off of department store shelves. There was no national recall. Nothing – it’s still out there.
It is basically left up to the consumer to protect himself and it’s difficult to do when you don’t know what’s really in that bottle.
Truly safe and natural skin care for men should contain the same things that we eat; protein, fatty acids, vitamins and antioxidants. Things like olive, avocado and macadamia oils are completely safe and naturally moisturizing.
They are more similar the skin’s own sebum than the cheap moisturizers like petrolatum and mineral oil. Daily moisturizing is a must for men skin care products, but you also need cleansing.
Orange oil is one of the safest and most effective cleansers on the market. If you have exceptionally sensitive skin, though, you may want to look for colloidal oatmeal cleansers.
Witch hazel extract is a good ingredient for natural skin care for men who shave daily. It’s the best aftershave you can choose, as it’s non-irritating, but prevents infections in cuts and scrapes. It soothes irritation and damage, helps heal sunburn and is beneficial for treating eczema and psoriasis.
Vitamin B5 is important to look for in men skin care products. It helps repair tissue damage, as from shaving, sun or wind exposure. It moisturizes and enhances the tanning process. A light tan protects the deeper, more sensitive layers from free radicals and UV damage.
Grape seed oil is sometimes found in natural skin care for men. It’s not as common as olive oil, but it is a better moisturizer for the face. You may have never heard of it, but it’s becoming increasingly popular for low fat diets, as less oil is needed for cooking and less is absorbed by the food.
Grape seed oil is a good natural skin care for men, not only because it’s an effective moisturizer, but also because it forms an invisible film that keeps dirt and grime out of the pores. It’s a preferred ingredient for damaged and stressed tissue (another shaving issue) and it supports the natural rejuvenation process.
Grape seed oil also contains the necessary fatty acids needed for the skin’s health and can even be used as a shaving lubricant. There are many wonderful men skin care products on the market today. Just remember to shop carefully and if you don’t recognize an ingredient, look it up, before you buy it.

Here are some exercise guidelines for women. In fact, these 3 secrets will help you to lose weight faster than you ever have. I’m so confident in these 3 things that I dare you to prove me wrong.
If you have even just a tiny bit of motivation to lose weight, I’ll guarantee you that you’ll be thinner by next week.
Exercise Guidelines for Women
1. Do Hindu Squats if you don’t have much time
Hindu squats are fast-paced bodyweight squats that burn off a ton of fat, FAST! Here’s what you do… squat up and down fast. As fast as possible without getting too sloppy. One tip, touch the ground with your finger tips between reps so you know you went deep enough in the squat.
Goal: To do 100 repetitions in less than 5 minutes. If you can do that everyday, you’ll be thanking me for a long, long time.
2. Jump on a mini-trampoline
This total body exercise is what will save you a lot of time because you can do it effectively in just a minute or 2 at a time. I recommend doing it during commercials so that you kinda know you’re doing about 2 minutes at a time. So watch tv, have fun. It’s ok. Just jump on the thing for at least 20 minutes a day.
3. Do isometric ab squeezes
These are great for firming up your abs. Just squeeze and tighten your abs for 15-20 seconds at a time. Squeeze hard. Throw these in whenever you get a chance during the day. I prefer you do these for a total of 5 minutes a day.
