Here’s how to lose inches off your waist with simple cardio exercises you can do at home. Listen, forget jogging, forget walking, just forget about even needing to go to the gym.
This works for everyone, but it’s best for busy women who don’t have the time to exercise as much as they’d like.
How to Lose Inches Off Your Waist
1. Jumping on a mini-trampoline
This exercise is deceiving in the sense that it looks so easy (it’s simple) that you don’t think you’ll get much out of it. But all you need to do is jump on it for 2 minutes and you’ll see you were quite wrong.
I like this exercise not only because it’s great at burning off fat from your waist, but because the best results happen when you just jump on it for 2 minutes at a time.
2 minute mini-workouts speed up your metabolism a lot because you keep tweaking it often. After a few days of doing multiple mini-sessions, your metabolim just accepts the new speed at which it works (the higher, faster speed).
So basically, you’re training your metabolism to work faster.
So what I’d like for you to do is not plan out a long 20-40 minute workout on this. Instead, jump on it 2 minutes at a time whenever you get some free time at home. Commercials are perfect since they’re about 2 minutes long and there’s about 20 minutes of them per hour.
2. Jumping rope
This is similar to jumping on a mini-trampoline, but different enough that you should switch up once in awhile.
You can get a cheap jump rope or whatever, just plan on doing 5 minutes each day. And no, you don’t have to do it all at once. Just have the jump rope handy so you can do these during commercials as well.
How to lose inches off your waist isn’t hard when do these 2 simple cardio exercises at home consistently for a few minutes each day.

Today players are hitting more feeds and drills then ever before. Back in the day you went to a local park with a friend with a couple of tennis balls and stayed there until it was dark playing baseline games and practice sets. But now it seems that the game has evolved and players are now more fit, there strokes are finely tuned and they just don’t miss. Even the upcoming juniors these days are extremely solid from the baseline. So why not purchase a ball machine?
Young top juniors and professional tennis players have reached their peak through endless amounts of feeds and drills over and over again. It’s not the most glamorous way to become a top junior or rise in the professional ranks. But these players are determined to make it on the tour, and have the do whatever it takes mentality. I started playing tennis at a very late age and had to do something to catch up with the group that had been training since they started walking. Well lucky for me I had a brother who started out about the same age as me and so we were able to practice and push each other to become better.
Well what do you do if you have the determination, motivation and talent but just lack of players to practice with and a limit of time with a coach? Here’s my answer, purchase a new or used ball machine. They have been around for ages and they work like a charm. There better then feeding out of the basket because they can emulate an actual ground stroke. I’m not going to lie it doesn’t beat playing with another teammate or neighbor but when it comes down to it a ball machine will teach you to groove your strokes and fix bad habits in no time. It is all about repetitions in becoming a great tennis player. You must fix the habits you have created and turn those bad habits in to 30 day mind-body connections. You might have heard your parents or teacher tell you it takes 30 days to break a bad habit. Well it’s true and it’s the continuous repetitions of practicing each type of shot.
Now these days ball machines like the lobster ball machine and the tower ball machine come with features that allow you create different types of spins and pace to create the specific ball you continue to struggle with day in and day out on the court. Now I am a college tennis player and have been playing for years. But when I practice at school I do a couple things everyday to make sure I continue to get better. First I always try and match my intensity the day before. If I come out to practice each day to get better then I will. Next I focus as much as I can in each drill, set or game we play that day, trying to put myself in a match like situation. Lastly I finish the day hitting feeds on specific types of balls I struggled with or felt I needed to tune up.
This is where a ball machine will come in very handy. No matter if you have someone to hit with or not I suggest hitting with a tennis ball machine 1 once a day to keep your strokes grooved as well as training your mind for on court match play. Try and emulate yourself in a match like situation as you hit balls from the ball machine. I guarantee any player no matter what level can improve there game with a tennis ball machine. I suggest you look in to a ball machine because it may make the difference in your tennis game.

There are so many different genres of dance that one can feel overwhelmed when he or she thinks of learning to dance. However it is not as complicated as it seems.
Firstly, to excel at a certain style it may take years of practice, to be able to cope with several types of dancing is not quite as hard. For many people who enjoy a range of activities, it is much more beneficial to learn a little about each style and not a lot about just one. This is because the usual person in today’s world will be exposed and often “pressured” into dancing at a variety of events. Therefore someone may encounter hip-hop, ballroom, and break dancing styles all in a very short period of time.
The purpose of this article is to give an overview of the main types of dance and some of the moves needed for each.
Hip-hop is a great dance style to be familiar with as it can be used whenever there is a faster beat. Also, don’t think that hip-hop is just for those with baggy pants and lots of neck chains, anyone can benefit from acquiring this skill.
The most basic element of this genre is time-steps, a name also used for ballet moves. These require that you step in certain directions in time with the beat that is playing. “Step-tap” is one of these moves where you step to one side and then follow with your other foot and tapping it as it lands, continue this left and right.
A variation of this is “tap-step” where you tap with your first foot. You can experiment with many variations of these time-steps and maybe even create some of your own.
Another basic movement which looks great with a fast beat is isolations, where you separate movement in the upper body from the lower body. This can mean moving your shoulders back and forward while the rest of your body is still or swiveling your ankles creating movement while the rest of your body is still. These moves are the basics of hip-hop dance and should help in any club or dance party.
Ballroom dances can be some of the most difficult to perform perfectly due to the high levels of coordination required. However with some very handy tips, you should be able to impress, even if it’s only at your next wedding.
Firstly, always move in a counterclockwise direction and the closer you are to the middle of the dance floor, the slower you should go. This is a helpful tip to remember as it gives direction and purpose which will affect the rest of your dancing. Another easy tip is that if you are a woman, you should start with your right foot as opposed to a man, who should lead with his left.
If you want to impress your dancing partner, try this one technique. Just before you launch off, lean into the direction you will go and lean according to how far you will step. This tells your partner you are ready to go and does not jerk them roughly. These tips will hopefully save you from embarrassment on the slower dance floors where everything is under scrutiny.
Although break dancing may sound like something you would never want to do let alone try doing, break dancing for beginners can give you a few simple moves that will help keep you in time with the beat while helping you relax and enjoy your time spent dancing.
These moves are for the club or disco although you are free to show them off at the next ball or wedding you attend. The first move is the hand glide and just requires you to put one hand on the floor and tuck the other into your chest, then use your free hand to push yourself around until you are spinning on your hand. You can go as fast as you can manage. A head spin is a great looking move which isn’t as hard as it seems, place your head and hands on the floor and spin around. Much practice may be needed!
Not only are these moves fun, but they are great at building muscle strength.
So don’t worry if you can’t master all of these techniques, as long as you got some handy tips then you are already much better off. You are probably now a much better dancer than the average person. If you were very intrigued by one or more of these styles then maybe you should take up a course in your local town or city in order to really improve your skills. You may not have seen yourself as a dancer but it is something that with a little practice, anyone can impress with.

Festina, a Swiss watch manufacturer, was established in the year 1902. It is the certified timekeeper of the Tour de France. Being over 100 years old, it comes among the leading names in Europe and also a best seller in its home country. At the moment, the Festina brand carries on its heritage of fashionable European watches with a widespread compilation of stylish, handy and sporty watches for almost every occasion.
From the period of its establishment, Festina watches have carved out a niche brand by way of an inimitable persona. Shaped in the midst of the altering generations, these watches are elegant, vibrant as well as highly efficient. Theses are genuinely meant for people who breathe their lives strongly and love to cherish every single moment through the thick and thin of life.
These watches are composed of Japanese quartz movements and other matchless, inherent features. The Mecaquartz movement, a no-battery mechanical quartz movement, is another distinguishing feature of the brand. In addition to all theses exceptional attributes, a major chunk of Festina’s watches take account of sports chronographs comprising the globally advertised Road Warrior string of chronographs.
Festina also hogged media limelight in the year 1998 through a dubious reason. The team sponsored by the Festina in the Tour de France, was trapped in a doping scandal.
Festina offers a broad product range – digital, analog, chronograph, leather, stainless steel and titanium. It truly doesn’t matter, whichever model you pick, it will have a long, lasting effect on your personality. Some particular models have pitched Festina on the top of the market and almost turned it into a monopolistic brand in the watch market. Some models are extremely adored by sports enthusiasts and from time to time, the company has come up with innovative features to give them further boost.
The Tour De France alarm watches, when rolled in the market, fuelled the competition and forced other watch producer to match its level. The brand got some rave acclaim from the competitors as well. Its status received a further boost when it launched the modified version of the brand by presenting it as Festina Tour de France Alarm Chronograph watch.
For the past 15-20 years, Festina watches have created a sort of segment for itself by touching the pulse of the watch lovers. Now, it mainly focuses on the sports range due to the growing popularity of the sporting events. It has a strong team in the form of technical support which is primarily focused on the process of innovation. Sponsoring of some professional cycling events has given it a world wide reach as well as recognition.
In the terms of marketing strategy, Festina has surpassed even some leading watch makers and still holds a reputable place. For every country, it has adopted a different set of strategies. Its association with cycling events has created a vast market for it even outside Europe. US being a large market, the company adopted an entirely different strategy for the U.S. It allowed some U.S. distributors to make merry by selling the watches through the bike shops. It provided some discount as well to boost the process and is now reaping the rewards in the form of growing demand of Festina in the US.

Although sunny paradises such as Maldives, Boracay, and the rapidly rebuilding Phuket are enjoying considerable popularity with tourists all over the world, none of them can certainly equal the kind of reputation that Bahamas, a top honeymoon destination, enjoys even today.
Things to Know If You’ve Chosen to Make Bahamas Your Honeymoon Destination
Here are several tips to ensure that your Bahamas honeymoon will be the loveliest definition of perfection.
Clothing – The sun virtually never stops shining in Bahamas, so you should pack summer-friendly outfits if you’ve chosen this beautiful paradise as your honeymoon destination. A lightweight jacket or sweater will come in handy however on early mornings and evenings because of the cool Bahamas Breeze. Be sure to pack an outfit or two for rainy nights as well.
Money – Banks in Bahamas are generally open from 9:30 till 3:00 in the afternoon. This is extended up to five in the afternoon in Fridays only. Bahamian dollar is more or less equivalent to US $1, but you can also use dollars to pay for transactions in certain establishments.
Driving – Couples can still enjoy ease of travel by car in Bahamas as long as they have the appropriate license. Drive on the left, please!
Language – Fortunately for the rest of the world, English is the official language of Bahamian locals so honeymooning couples will find no problems translating their requests for queen-sized beds and roses and champagne.
Shopping – Bahamas is considered a shopping haven by tourists because of its wonderful mix of imported and designer boutiques and beachside markets selling native products.
What Makes Bahamas One of the Best Honeymoon Destinations in the World
Here are four reasons or places – why Bahamas remains to be a popular of honeymooners worldwide:
Paradise Island – If you and your partner is interested in enjoying the wonders of Bahamas for more than a weekend, Paradise Island should definitely be your point of origin. Everything you could ever want and need could be found in this place. Cabbage Island, rated as one of the Top 10 beaches in the world, can also be found here.
Bahamian Styled Weddings – Why fly to Bahamas on your honeymoon alone? Why not have the wedding there as well? Weddings for foreign couples just like you are performed all the time. If you want great memories for your beach wedding, Bahamas is definitely the place to go.
Queens Staircase – Couples love spending time at the Queens Staircase, arguably the most famous architectural sites in Nassau. You and your partner can challenge yourselves in going through all 102 steps of it in record time or both of you can simply enjoy the scenery while taking the staircase. Rest assured that a shortcut is provided for weary tourists.
Underwater Splendor – There’s just something so magical about the underwater world of Bahamas beaches that make couples feel more in love than ever. If you want to give your relationship a whole new dimension and meaning, you certainly shouldn’t miss the chance to go scuba diving in any of Bahamas world famous beaches!
If you’ve already booked a flight for you and your partner to this sun-kissed paradise, do prepare a checklist before flying off for your Bahamas honeymoon. Be sure to bring your camera and take lots of photos of your time together. Pictures speak a thousand words, after all!

Friends stopped by without calling first recently. We had a good talk with them, remembering old times, catching up on events, and discussing politics. As the evening progressed, I realized I should serve them refreshments. This would be a challenging task, as I haven’t been to the store recently and my supply of food was down to almost nothing. I surveyed the cupboard, trying to find a good choice, to no avail. I refused to serve these people Abecita crackers, slightly moldy cheese, or overripe fruit. I quickly scanned the contents of my refrigerator and freezer. How lucky could I be? Wedged between the fish sticks and popsicles in my freezer was a wonderful option…cheesecake.
Cheesecake is such a delicious treat, I like to keep several on hand. It is so versatile, it freezes well, is easy to serve, and can be used for just about any occasion. Whether it is a sweet snack, a handy dessert, or a covered-dish item for pot-luck dinners, cheesecake is an unforgettable and appropriate choice. I’ve even been known to give cheesecake as gifts.
Cheesecake can be kept in your freezer for weeks and stored in your refrigerator for several days. It tastes as fresh as the day you purchase it. It thaws in just a few minutes, is easy to slice into serving portions and simple to serve. It can be served in a variety of ways so as to not be boring.
Cheesecake has a flavorful originality all its own, with the perfect combination of tartness and sweetness. There are a number of varieties of cheesecake from which to choose, making each seem like a completely different treat. Chocolate cheesecake for the chocolate lover; fruit-topped cheesecake for the more health-conscious appetite; Turtle cheesecake for a decadently rich taste; Key Lime cheesecake for that extra tart, unusual palate-pleaser; and the traditional New York Style cheesecake, served plain or with a topping, for the person who loves the simple pleasures.
The cheesecake in my freezer just happened to be New York Style. This turned out to be the perfect choice for these particular friends, who are non-pretentious and very down-to-earth. I quickly placed the container on the counter to start thawing, started a pot of coffee and by the time it was finished brewing, the cheesecake was ready to slice and serve. What a delightful visit we had, conversing between mouthfuls of this deliciously refreshing treat.
Yes, cheesecake is a deliciously refreshing treat to serve in “spur of the moment” times such as when friends or loved ones unexpectedly stop by. As a matter of fact, all of our friends know that I always keep cheesecake on hand. I guess that it’s possible that our friends didn’t just “drop by”…maybe it was planned so they could enjoy some of that marriages abroad cheesecake.
If you would enjoy keeping some cheesecake available, the writer notes that you can get cheesecake delivery in Toledo, Ohio and practically anywhere else.
