How to Lose Weight the Healthy Way

The healthiest way to lose weight is neither crash diets and fad diets nor sudden bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of food and exercise. For example, someone who has not exercised for years should not rush into running three miles every day. Exercise needs to be increased slowly.

People who eat a lot will experience problems if they suddenly start starving themselves. Introduce changes gradually. Even relatively light exercise such as a short walk may be beneficial if done frequently. The calories you eat minus what you use in exercise and maintaining your body will be stored as fat.

Someone that increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorie intake, will almost certainly lose weight.

Thankfully we are all different in our likes and dislikes and, therefore, exercise in a variety of ways. It is essential that you find an activity that is enjoyable, appropriate, accessible and affordable for you. That way you are far more likely to build it into your routine and continue regular exercise, despite the inevitable set backs due to illness, family commitments, etc.

For people who do not like sweating in a fitness studio there are fun alternatives. When going to the local park, nature trails or trips to the seaside, try to incorporate longer walks into the outing and take a picnic so you are in control of what you are going to eat that day. Always use the stairs instead of the lift. Bear in mind that every single step helps. Get off the bus a stop before the usual one and walk the rest of the way. Use commercial breaks between TV-programmers to stand up and do exercise, or consider using an exercise bicycle in your living room while watching your favorite programs.

For many people it may be beneficial to reduce their calorie intake by eating less and eating more healthily. It is not necessary to crash diet. This usually ends up with the person concerned either getting weaker or giving up completely in desperation. This in turn can lead to a yo-yoing effect of the weight loss – weight gain cycle. Cut down on fatty foods and eat more bread, fruit and vegetables.

Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day, may lead to losing between one and two pounds per week. This is a realistic weight loss. It may seem slow, but would add up to a weight loss of more than three stone in a year.

Having a glass of water instead of juice, eating less lunch than usual and having smaller portions of the food you enjoy are all ways to reduce calorific intake without having to necessarily alter your diet significantly. Avoid a second helping at dinner and snacks between meals, which may have become a habit. Cut down on beer and alcohol. All these things will influence your health in a positive way.

  • First let me explain hair growth, hair actually is formed at the base of a hair follicle. A follicle is like a pouch that is located below the skin. What we usually call hair is actually the hair shaft, which is hardened tissue that grows from a follicle.

As you know our head contains thousands of hair follicles. Did you know that not all of them are not active at the same time? It’s true. Studies proved that not more than 80% of our follicles are producing hair growth at any one time. The remaining 20% of the follicles are asleep or dormant.

When our inactive or dormant hair follicles start working again, they push out the old hair while producing a new one. Our hair grows from the follicle at an average rate of one-half inch every month. The hair growth continues for a period varying between four and seven years, after which the hair begins a ‘resting’ phase. After this resting phase, it is time for the hair to fall out. As a hair falls out, a new hair grows in its place after a gap of three weeks to three months. There are chances of us losing 50 to 100 hairs in any day. Some of us lose even more than that, not to regrow hair back again. This is why you need to have help starting back up the hair follicle engine.

Depending on age, weight, metabolism, hormones, ethnicity, medications, and Genes hair will grow differently, which is why some hair loss solutions work for some people and not others.

There are three distinct phases of hair hair growth: anagen, catagen and telogen.
    1. The anagen phase is also called the active growth phase. This phase continues for several years. At any given time, the major portion (85%) of our body hair is found to be in this phase.
During this anagen phase, the hair has an abundance of melanin (Pigment).

    2. The catagen or the regressive phase lasts for a period of nearly two weeks, during which the hair stops growing but has not yet shed. It has been observed that about 3 – 4% of our body hair is in this phase at any given time.

    3. The telogen phase or the resting phase continues for 5 – 6 weeks, at the end of which the hair falls out and a new hair begins to take shape. Nearly 10-13% of our body hair is in this phase at any given time. There is an extensive loss of hair when more hair enters and stay in this phase. Research has established that the shock caused to the human system by stress and sickness can result in a larger percentage of hair staying in the resting phase, leading to reduced active hair regrowth along with an accelerated period of loss of hair.

OK, now how do we get our hair to wake up, fall out and grow back stronger?

We already mentioned above the main contributors to hair loss which were, age, weight, metabolism, hormones, ethnicity, medications, and Genes. Other factors that can cause hair loss include, childbirth, birth control pills, disease or illness, hair treatments because chemicals are used, hair styling like braiding, weaving and some doctors will tell you that a poor diet can effect hair loss.

Some of these factors we cannot control but others we can. All studies indicate that the main contributor that we can control is DHT (Dihydrotestosterone).

Dihydrotestosterone, (DHT) is an active metabolite of the testosterone hormone that is formed in the adrenal gland, hair follicles, prostate glands and testes. DHT belongs to the class of compound known as androgen’s, which is commonly known as the testoids or androgenic hormone to doctors but for us its’ a type of steroid hormone. Males produce the DHT very early in life. This helps in the formation of the male specific characteristic such as development of the body hair, development of the facial hair, thickness of the voice and etc. DHT Blockers work to prevent the effects of this hormone after the puberty phase is completed, and the abundance of this compound is no longer needed in men.

DHT in the scalp is the main contributor of hair loss. DHT is created by testosterone which is why hair loss mainly affects males. When testosterone is naturally converted to DHT, the result is hair loss. Although everyone has DHT some people lose hair while others don’t.

Hormonal changes are the #1 factor in hair loss of both men and women. This is mainly because of the hair follicles having a greater number of Androgen’s receptors (regulators of gene expressions) for the DHT to attach to. In simple terms the hair follicles need to block DHT build up and this will keep the hair on your head where it belongs.

Understanding the role of the DHT both in the male and the female pattern baldness, the researchers have discovered some unique way to prevent this hormone to act on the receptors in the scalp. Products that prevent those hormones are often called DHT Blockers.

Research has established that DHT is 30 times more potent as compared to the testosterone hormone. This is due to the fact that it has an increased affinity for the androgen receptor. However, there are many topical DHT blockers and inhibitors that are easily available in the open market under different brand names – being manufactured and marketed by different companies. Inhairit, Advica, Procerin, ProFillica and Provillus are some of the DHT inhibitors.

Saw Palmetto is one of the most potent and effective herbal or natural DHT blocker, which is far cheaper than most of the other DHT inhibitors in the market, but may not be as effective for some people as the products listed above. Blocking DHT is effective in slowing the effects of the hormone on the follicle, slowing hair loss. Some hair loss shampoo formulas use Saw Palmetto in their ingredients as a topical inhibitor for DHT.

It is believed that DHT also participates in the development of acne. Women with high level of the DHT will develop some male secondary sex properties such as hair growth just above their upper lips, or side burn whiskers, more developed muscles and thick voice. Although the exact reasons have yet to be discovered it has been established by the researchers that the overproduction of DHT leaves the subjects exposed to the risks of prostate cancer and benign enlargement of the prostate.

  • When Goodness is Lost

When goodness is lost, there is morality.
When morality is lost, there is ritual.
Ritual is the husk of true faith…
    Therefore the masters concern themselves
With the depths and not the surface.

Lao-Tzu wrote those words over 2500 years ago. I certainly understand the message; all I need to do is read the headlines about the state of ethics that has developed in our financial and business sectors and realize that morality is lost in a world of rituals. The never-ending quest for power and wealth has eroded one society after another through the centuries, but it seems like the lesson within this experience, is a hard one to master for the human ego. The cycle of decay within the physical establishment of finance and politics is a reoccurring ritual of pain, suffering, anger and judgment.

The concern for well being is a surface one and as Lao-tzu explains that road is filled with nothing but blind faith in a system that has been tainted by truthlessness. When I realize the system is not real in terms of morality, the first emotion I experience is pain, then anger and then judgment. I want satisfaction for the crimes committed against the system I established as truth. I want to throw stones at those who represent me and who I believed were working for me. I want them to suffer for my choices and that will make it all right.

    As Mohammad said:

All actions are judge by the motive prompting them.

Judging is what I do best when I see how easy it is for some to ignore ethics and morality for the sake of riches. I forget that I am the one who put the system in place in one way or another. I am the one who bought into the quest for material gain and physical comfort. I did have a choice to do things differently, but the call of riches has a deep voice and a strong arm. I find my self lost in the sea of depression and my boat is filled with holes and I’m sinking in my own guilt.

The lesson in all of this is first: I need to be aware of my choices and how I perceive reality. Second: I need to address every situation by doing no harm to anyone or anything. And Third I need to forgive; my self and then all those who took part in the unethical acts.

    Martin Luther King said:

The nonviolent approach does not immediately change the heart of the oppressor. It first does something to the hearts and souls of those committed to it. It gives them a new self-respect; it calls up resources and strength and courage that they did not know they had. Finally, it reaches the opponent and so stirs his conscience that reconciliation becomes a reality.

Kings message of nonviolence is a core belief that exists within every individual. That is my first choice. All I need to do is remember it and practice it.

The commitment to do no harm is expressed in the words of Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj:

Harmlessness is a most powerful form of yoga and will take you speedily to your goal. That is what I call… the Natural Yoga. It is the art of living in peace and harmony, in friendliness and love.

Yoga means unity. It is practiced to unite my body, mind and inner consciousness. When I am in sync within my self I am a form of Natural yoga and express it all my actions.

The act of forgiveness is made clear in the words of Jesus:

Why do you see the speck in your neighbor’s eye,
But do not notice the log in your own eye?
Or how can you say to your neighbor,
Let me take the speck out of your eye,
While the log is in your own eye?
You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye,
And then you will see clearly
To take the spec out of your neighbor’s eye.

So there it is. The answers have been with me for centuries all I need to do to experience ethics and morality is to practice them my self. When I remember the words of Buddha I begin to change my world:

Speak and act with a pure mind
    And happiness will follow you
    As your shadow, unshakable…
Set your heart on doing good.
Do it over and over again,
And you will be filled with joy.

  • My only solace that summer is over is that fall has come. And with it, ubiquitous fashion magazines boasting the season’s must haves, gotta haves, wish you had. While I generally pore over such magazines, I’m especially voracious for the shoe section. If jeans are my first love, shoes are a very close second. I won’t even admit to how many pairs I own, partly because I lost count quite some time ago. Due to my collection (”collection” sound so much nicer than “obsession” doesn’t it?!) I am always eager to read what the “experts” are saying about shoe trends and how to apply them to long legs, and let’s face it- big feet. Typically I write very favorably about our good fortune in the height department. But let’s be honest. Sometimes the price we pay is looking longingly at the size 8 section while cursing our genes, or if we are freaks of the family as I am, just cursing in general. But just because we have big feet, ahem…non petite feet, doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the season’s hottest trends.

I could write a novel about the many styles, designs, trends, shapes, colors, textiles, genus, species, and families of shoes. And though it would be fascinating, I’ll spare you the delightful details. I’ll just talk about a few of my favorite styles. Now this one may be disputable, but my absolute favorite fall staple is a pair of warm, cozy, and comfortable Uggs. I’m aware that every fall, some fashion columnist deems Uggs “out.” Yet, I argue that this trend has staying power. People are still splurging on the real thing, or buying every kind of knock off known to man. So apparently their appeal has yet to wane. Next is the riding boot phenomenon. Who knew equestrian wear could be so fun? Like Uggs, I suspect there will be those who label these “so last season,” but again I beg to differ. Casual boots of all styles are a staple for your fall wardrobe.

What I appreciate most about both Uggs and riding boots are that they look great on long legs and big feet. Most women might avoid cutting the line of their legs nearly in half but we have a few inches to spare. Both of these styles also typically come in flats and large sizes. Another flattering trend for tall women is ballet flats which are showing up all over the place in fall textures like tweed, patent leather, and faux animal skins. I won’t lecture those of you who do not wear heels; I understand the temptation to avoid all the unoriginal comments about already being tall enough, not “needing” heels, the air up there, yada yada yada. Regardless, I am six feet tall and I refuse to give up heels. Um, does the word “glamazon” mean anything to you?!

For those of you who are a slightly bolder and like not only a high heel, but unexpected details, you will be pleased to find that of bows, jewels, peep-toes, updated oxfords, and retro shapes. To make your foot appear smaller try round toes, the recent “cap toe” trend, with the toe in a different color than the rest of the shoe (the caveat is these heels are typically higher), color blocks, and banded flats or Mary Jane’s. These styles break the foot into smaller parts and trick the eye. No ladies, there are no Spanx for feet. I googled it.

All advice aside, if you are obsessively self conscious about your feet…they will appear bigger (terribly silly pun intended). So the balance is to wear trends that flatter, but not focus on the negative. While I have a weakness for fashionable trends, I refuse to be enslaved by them. There are a variety of options in terms of large sizes, styles and trends, so shop around until you find the perfect pair (ok, let’s be realistic- the perfect pairs) for fall.

  • History of Festina Watches

Festina, a Swiss watch manufacturer, was established in the year 1902. It is the certified timekeeper of the Tour de France. Being over 100 years old, it comes among the leading names in Europe and also a best seller in its home country. At the moment, the Festina brand carries on its heritage of fashionable European watches with a widespread compilation of stylish, handy and sporty watches for almost every occasion.

From the period of its establishment, Festina watches have carved out a niche brand by way of an inimitable persona. Shaped in the midst of the altering generations, these watches are elegant, vibrant as well as highly efficient. Theses are genuinely meant for people who breathe their lives strongly and love to cherish every single moment through the thick and thin of life.

These watches are composed of Japanese quartz movements and other matchless, inherent features. The Mecaquartz movement, a no-battery mechanical quartz movement, is another distinguishing feature of the brand. In addition to all theses exceptional attributes, a major chunk of Festina’s watches take account of sports chronographs comprising the globally advertised Road Warrior string of chronographs.

Festina also hogged media limelight in the year 1998 through a dubious reason. The team sponsored by the Festina in the Tour de France, was trapped in a doping scandal.

Festina offers a broad product range – digital, analog, chronograph, leather, stainless steel and titanium. It truly doesn’t matter, whichever model you pick, it will have a long, lasting effect on your personality. Some particular models have pitched Festina on the top of the market and almost turned it into a monopolistic brand in the watch market. Some models are extremely adored by sports enthusiasts and from time to time, the company has come up with innovative features to give them further boost.

The Tour De France alarm watches, when rolled in the market, fuelled the competition and forced other watch producer to match its level. The brand got some rave acclaim from the competitors as well. Its status received a further boost when it launched the modified version of the brand by presenting it as Festina Tour de France Alarm Chronograph watch.

For the past 15-20 years, Festina watches have created a sort of segment for itself by touching the pulse of the watch lovers. Now, it mainly focuses on the sports range due to the growing popularity of the sporting events. It has a strong team in the form of technical support which is primarily focused on the process of innovation. Sponsoring of some professional cycling events has given it a world wide reach as well as recognition.

In the terms of marketing strategy, Festina has surpassed even some leading watch makers and still holds a reputable place. For every country, it has adopted a different set of strategies. Its association with cycling events has created a vast market for it even outside Europe. US being a large market, the company adopted an entirely different strategy for the U.S. It allowed some U.S. distributors to make merry by selling the watches through the bike shops. It provided some discount as well to boost the process and is now reaping the rewards in the form of growing demand of Festina in the US.

  • Discount Lingerie

Lingerie comes in lot of varieties and is generally priced above $20. Discounts on lingerie imply purchasing lingerie at a reduced price. Discount lingerie is available at many lingerie stores. These stores declare this price reduction either because they want to get rid of old stock, or want to sell lingerie in large quantities. Sometimes, they offer discounts to those buyers who are willing to pay cash or spend a certain amount of money. In some cases, if the store is closing, clearance sales make for fantastic lingerie discounts.

Some stores sell seconds, rejected or defective stock that manufacturers sell them at radically reduced prices. These are fine to purchase, but you have to look them over very carefully, as some to have major flaws.

When you are looking to buy discount lingerie, it is not easy to find high quality or trendy stuff. Discounts are offered only on that lingerie that is either out of fashion or has some minor manufacturing defects. Sometimes odd colors and stained lingerie is also offered in discounted price to get rid of the pieces. Quite often, the wrong sizes could be written on the lingerie piece, so try on before buying.

Discount lingerie can be bought from discount stores or from lingerie shops that announce sales. If you are sure about the size and quality, you can order discounted lingerie on the Internet as well. Wherever you buy discounted lingerie, do check that the fabric is not worn off and garment still has elasticity. Check the terms and conditions as well as return and exchange policies of the store before making the purchase. With these purchases, there is usually no return policy. If you buy it, you own it.

Lingerie provides detailed information on Lingerie, Lingerie Model, Discount Lingerie, Plus Size Lingerie and more. Lingerie is affiliated with Corset Training.

  • Ahhhh! Summer is upon us. Its time for endless days at the beach just basking in the sun without a care in the world. Let the sand run between your toes as you watch listless clouds float by. Crisp, cold drinks and iced beer make their frosty appearances as you take that first sip and wonder how you ever worried about silly things like bills and final exams.

BAM! And then you wake up to the blare of an alarm and the realization that you have snoozed through its blistering sounds for the last 45 minutes making you late for your 8am Chemistry exam. The only remnant of your summer dream is a thin sliver of drool making its way down your chin. As you gather up your notepads and textbook and speed to class, you seem to have much more on your mind than your impending chemistry test (how does electromagnetic radiation carry energy to a receiver from a transmitter again?!). With summer just around the corner and tuition increases an all-too-real possibility, you will need to start looking for a summer job. Sure, you could just walk in and secure a position in the electronics department at your local Wal-Mart, but being a junior in college, it might be high time to begin exploring internships that actually RELATE to your major and that will get you the foothold you need in the industry you’re actually studying.

Once you have visited your college advisor and the career resources department at your university in search for summer internship opportunities and once your resume is polished and submitted, the interview requests will start rolling in (that is, of course, unless you are a drama major attempting to secure an internship position at the top chemical engineering firm in the city, in which case, good luck). In addition to being doubly sure that you actually KNOW all of the skills and keywords you wrote about in your resume and cover letter, you will want to make sure you look the part for your interview.

Now, it may be very tempting for a high school or college student who is used to wearing faded t-shirts and ripped jeans to simply do the bare minimum in terms of dressing up for an internship interview; however, bear in mind that also applying for these same internships are those brown-nosing eager beaver students who would bring in freshly baked homemade cupcakes to the interview if they thought it would secure them the position. Yes, that’s right. The guy from your statistics class who always raises his hand to ask a few more questions right when your professor is about to let everyone leave class a little early on a Friday afternoon…he will probably be there. So will that girl who lingers behind in class everyday to see if there is any extra work she can do for the week since she has already written her 15 page paper that is not due for another three weeks. These brown-nosers will be dressed to kill in one of the fifteen suits they have already purchased for just this internship opportunity, so you will need to look the part to compete.

So now you have the suit all tailored and pressed (yes, you will need to get it tailored and pressed for the perfect fit). Why not take your appearance one step further and do something that those brown-nosers may have easily overlooked? Pair your suit with the perfect set of cufflinks. Here are a few hints on selecting the right cufflinks for the right internship. After all, in this decision, it’s imperative that you know and work with your audience.

    • If you are, say, competing for an internship at one of the top law firms in the city, you could go a couple of different ways. As lawyers are known for their conservative ways, you cannot go wrong picking a traditional solid-colored set of cufflinks. A classic set like single-colored knot cufflinks would also be very appropriate, as long as they are matched to your shirt and tie. If you don’t want to be too traditional and would rather have a little bit of an edge, there are many lawyer-related cufflinks to choose from like cufflinks that depict the scales of justice or a gavel. Don’t try to get cute by wearing ambulance or barracuda cufflinks or the only door you will see is the exit door.

    • Should you be applying for an accounting, engineering or financial services intern position, the same rules apply. These are considered the more conservative industries, so try to keep your entire look traditional. Some variations are acceptable, like wearing golf-themed cufflinks, since this is considered a traditional sport. However, should you be heavily into motorcycles, now might not be the time to whip out those Harley Davidson cufflinks.

    • If you are competing for a position as a graphic artist or a video game designer and programmer where the office might be a little more laid-back than the typical corporate environment (ping pong tables and video came consoles in the break room as opposed to Financial Times newspapers strewn about the espresso machine), you will still want to make a professional appearance with a suit and tie; however, you could add a little bit of zing and creativity to your attire with some themed cufflinks. For example, you could choose some sterling silver Batman cufflinks or high-tech-inspired cufflinks (CD or microchip ones, for instance). Just do your best not to take this leeway a little too far. You want to come across to your potential new employer as professional and creative, not as that eccentric guy who sits in his cubicle burning incense and listening to Bob Marley all day whilst grooming his Chia pet.

Sure, there is a possibility you might be getting paid squat as a summer intern and used as the office whipping boy running errands for the big whigs and doing their dirty meticulous work; however, you will be gaining experience in your industry that will look fantastic on your resume and you are sure to be earning a bit more than a stocker at Wal-Mart. By simply dressing the part and backing that up with actual knowledge and experience (bone up on your interview questions beforehand), you are guaranteed a shot at that summer internship.

Whether your interests are in silver, gold, artistic, sports, or other theme-related cufflinks we’ve got you covered. Cufflink Aficionado carries a broad range of men’s cufflink products designed to meet each connoisseur’s individual style and interest. Our selection of men’s cufflinks is sure to top off that perfect look!

  • Mentor? Who Needs A Mentor?

Who needs a mentor. . .everyone who is truly serious about achieving more of their true potential, personally and financially. In fact, Richard Brooke says:

“If you’re someone who wants to break out and do something extraordinary that you would not do on your own initiative, you better have a coach-and you better have a great one.”

If you doubt Mr. Brooke’s quote may I suggest you investigate all top success icons in any field and you will find they all have Mentors and Coaches. It is reported that Michael Jordon at the peak of his career had 11 coaches.

You may be asking: what’s the difference between a Mentor and a Coach? Webster’s dictionary defines a . . .

Mentor as: “An experienced and trusted friend and prudent advisor.”

Coach as: “a private tutor; one who instructs or trains a performer or a team of performers.”

We have defined two types of Mentors – Life and Area Specific Mentors. A Life Mentor is one whose success system or methodology is universal and the foundation for success in every area of a person’s life.

Finding a Life Mentor whose success system is universal to everyone, no matter his or her education, talents or social status, is extremely difficult. This is why Napoleon Hill, author of Think & Grow Rich, is so unique and the ideal Life Mentor because his success system is the foundation for every outstanding achievement and fortune ever made.

An Area Specific Mentor is a mentor, often referred to as a “coach,” whose knowledge and expertise is in one or a few areas of life. For example, a head coach of a National Football League (NFL) team possesses knowledge, skills and a system encompassing all aspects of the game. However, he utilizes coaches skilled in the different areas of the game such as offense, defense and special teams.

Below are six areas in life where we can use Area Specific Mentors/Coaches:

    1. Physical/Health
    2. Family
    3. Mental/Educational
    4. Career/Financial
    5. Social/Civic
    6. Spiritual/Ethical

Seriously you say, do we and specifically myself really need a mentor? Let’s look at the facts:

No one person will live long enough to make all of the mistakes

In simple terms, mentors speed the learning process and are the reason for advancements in technology and the standards of living we enjoy today.

The last half-century has seen very little change statistically.

Using the oft-quoted post-war study published by the Social Security Administration and Denvey’s Economic Tables, less than 5% of the population at that time retired wealthy or financially independent. Sadly, a study done in March 2000 by the American Economic Review reported that the gap between “the haves” and “have nots” is widening.

Grade-Point-Score averages, according to studies, have barely been maintained over the last 50 years. Moreover, in professional sports, with all the advancements in mind and physical development, one would think that the number of super stars being produced would have increased dramatically; however, as a percentage, it remains virtually unchanged.

With the explosion of entrepreneurial opportunities in franchising and network marketing beginning in the 1980s, plus the same explosion from the mid-1990s on in Internet businesses, why doless than 5% of the participants in these ventures enjoy success and make any money! WHY?

Research and my own experience, which includes teaching an entrepreneurial course at a major community college for several years and working with several thousand participants in my Success and Wealth System course, leads me to one indisputable conclusion – Most people are without mentors, especially “Life Mentors.”

You may say: It only happens in movies or for those talented few you say! How about the heroics and courage against unbelievable odds in athletics, the military and in everyday life. These qualities of character and achievement were learned from a true Life Mentor such as parents, teachers and those who have paid the price to be called a Mentor.

Yes, we all need good Life Mentors and Coaches at every stage of our lives. But be careful to choose those who walk the talk and demonstrate and exemplify the life qualities and achievements in their own life.

  • Plus Size Thongs

A plus size thong is ideal for women who are tired of using lingerie made for smaller women. Curvier women now have a range of options as far as thongs are concerned. Find plus size lingerie collection colors and designs to fit you and find the best in terms of fit, style and comfort. Whether at work, partying, or on your honeymoon, find intimate comfort with a plus size thong.

    Why Thongs?

There are many reasons you might be wearing thongs. Maybe you don’t like panty lines showing through your skirt or slacks. Or perhaps you want to enjoy an intimate and romantic evening with your partner. Whatever the reason, there is no apparel that will show off your derriere better and sit more comfortably on you than a well fitting thong.

    Materials!

Choose materials such as cotton and micro fibers for comfort at work. Cotton allows your skin to breathe, and soaks up sweat. This is ideal for keeping germs and fungus away, prevent rashes, allergy and itching. A thong ensures that ugly seams business not mar the look of a well fitting or tight pair of slacks or skirt.

Plus Size Thongs – Sheer Seduction!

Nothing has come close to the thong when it comes to seductive allure in the popular imagination. It stands for all things naughty. Indulge in a black thong teamed with black leather corset or bustier, and watch him look at you with that stunned WOW! look. Match your it with your favorite baby doll dresses, and look every inch the sweet, yet naughty woman you are!

    Choices!

Choose nylon and spandex for a modern, sleek look. Team your thongs with garter belts and stockings, and watch the looks of disbelief. Go for thongs in stretch lace for that wildly seductive look that screams passion in the bedroom. There are many reasons to discard frilly granny underpants in favor of sleek, naughty plus size thongs.

Go ahead, pamper yourself – and your partner!
